For continental US: Free shipping on orders from $ 100 and up to continental US States. We are not offering shipment to e.g. Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa and others.

Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days from the date of shipment.

Returns

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order you can do that within 14 days after delivery of the products. Please contact us to get a return-label.

Claims

If there is something wrong with your machine, please do not hesitate to contact us . For all guarantee-issues Tormek will pay for the shipping cost and you will get a label from us.
